RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Under contract terms, within 14 days from the date of delivery, you can return the product you have purchased enclosing your invoice from www.nehir.com.tr and a note explaining why you wish to make a return and get a full refund.

General return conditions are as follows;

  • Returned products must be in their original box or packaging.

  • You must return the product or products you have purchased directly to www.nehir.com.tr in their original packaging and with all their accessories. Otherwise, no exchange or refund can be made.
  • For return and exchange transactions concerning www.nehir.com.tr, you must complete the transactions in the image above. If your shipment is accepted, you will be sent a shipment number by us. With this number, you can send the product to us using Yurtiçi Kargo with all shipping charges paid by us. There are 3 alternatives for new products that were delivered with defects: repair, exchange or return. Therefore, you must send your product or products together with a note expressing your request.
  • The processing time of products delivered to us for an exchange varies depending on the stocks, the processing time for returns depends on the time it takes our team to review the products, while the processing time for a repair varies depending on the time it takes to repair your products. (We will process your request as soon as possible not to cause any inconveniences.)
